The BBQ portion of the blog…

We might as well talk BBQ for a minute here, since I’m currently in the middle of a smoke .. put 2 pork shoulders (picnics) on the smoker at 11:45 PM, it’s now 1:00 AM and the smoker is running at around 240F and the meat is at 112F. Feeding the smoker a log every hour and a half or so. Pictures to come a little later.
Anyone else up late for crazy reasons?
